Data we process

• Company data: name, address, legal entity code or passport number, VAT numbers, date of incorporation or birth
• Contact data: name, position, e-mail address, phone number
• Signature (as image) and uploaded documents (ID document, company register extract)
• Payment data: reference number, amount, payment status; for card payments name and e-mail address at Stripe (card data is processed by Stripe only)
• Technical data: IP address and browser information for security and abuse prevention

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to prepare, check and submit your EORI application to Lietuvos muitinė, to settle the payment, to issue the invoice and to communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legal obligations, in particular accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and make no automated decisions.

Recipients

• Lietuvos muitinė / the competent territorial customs office (submission of the application and attachments)
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland (card payments and invoices); Stripe may process data in the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses
• Hosting provider in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) for data storage
• E-mail provider for sending messages
• For bank transfers: the payment account provider of the operator sees the name of the payer and the reference

Retention

We keep application data and uploaded documents for up to 12 months after completion of the application and delete them afterwards; on request we delete them earlier, unless legal obligations prevent this. Invoice data is kept for the statutory retention period (10 years).

International transfers

The controller is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Your application data is passed on to the customs authority responsible for your application, which is necessary to perform the contract.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us at info@eori.lt. You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This website uses technically necessary browser storage (form data saved in your browser, session).

Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive) we load the Google Ads conversion tag of Google Ireland Limited, which sets cookies and transfers data such as IP address and page views to Google (also to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses) to measure whether our ads lead to applications. Without your consent nothing is loaded from Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; the tag is then no longer loaded.
